52 Habbit Changes of 2014

For the year 2014 I want big changes – I want to be the lea I was in 2009 – fit and healthy.

To get big changes I need to work on the small ones… one at a time, one change a week. Here is how I will see great results at the end of 2014….

Weeks 1-52 of the year:

  1. Cut sugar out of my coffee and tea
  2. No night time games on the phone, sleep earlier, up early for gym/exercise – 6am
