Walkies

I’m back to exercising regularly tomorrow morning. Its time to get back to it – to begin the road to fitness again...and to feel better after indulgent food consumption.

Being flat out with uni, a holiday, Christmas, a house sitting gig and then new years… well any movement other than casual swimming has not happened.

So… a walk it is.

A shortie to begin – and then progression onwards and long-wards.

And now I am off to bed to sleep off a NYE late night {3am}.. a bit of wine {half a bottle}... and a whole lot of awesome board game playing {Carcassonne}.

I had a friendship and laugh filled fun new years eve… hope yours was great too. x
