Up and at ’em

I got up early-ish and headed to the gym this morning.

After a relaxing Mothers Day that included eating good stuff – too much good stuff – I felt the need to burn it off and to sweat.

Problem is my Hamstring is still giving me grief. So I took it easy – and sweated a bit, but certainly not in the way I felt the need to 😦

I know I need to take it easy for the healing to happen, so I can properly work out again in a few short weeks rather then having to wait months, I just hate pulling back when I feel the desire to get back into it!
