I did it!

After setting myself the challenge last week to achieve the little trophy on my polar watch this week – I am really happy to say that I did it!

My little trophy that I will look at all week and smile - and think.... I did it!



I have run, walked, biked and spinned my way to all those calories lost 🙂

And I intend to do it again this week.

And I hope for several weeks to come.
